https://www.epa.gov/laws-regulations/summary-clean-water-act this link will provide useful information on The Clean Water Act of 1972. The basic structure of regulating discharges of pollutants into water in the United States is defined in the Clean Water Act.
https://www.epa.gov/watershedacademy This is another link to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and it offers free training on watershed courses. Valuable information.
